Assist all leasing activities including but not limited to tenancy negotiation, rental list update, lease administration

Search, propose and negotiate the best rental for new potential retail shops locations

Conduct in-depth site analysis, market research and cost benchmarking for lease renewal and new lease evaluation

Contracts & budget management for rental of shops
-
Monitor performance of vendors, liaises with internal parties to ensure projects deliverable are meet with company requirements and timelines

Maintain and enhance the relationship with business partners, including but not limited to property developers, landlords and other related parties to comply with relevant regulations and legal formalities

Apply and handle operating licenses matters

Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above in business administration, estate management or related disciplines

Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in retail leasing, preferably with property developers

Knowledge of Building Management Ordinance, Landlord and Tenant Ordinance and related ordinances

Confident, mature, presentable with great initiative and good negotiation & interpersonal skills
-
Self-motivated, proactive attitude and able to work under pressure

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing

Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
-
Previous exposure of retail leasing and legal documents are preferred
