Research for market trends to create new designs and concepts for product development;

Responsible for the “why” of the product and what to build next and ensure that they are in line with business objectives and make adjustments when necessary;

As a project leader for NPD (new product development) on technical side
-
Provide packaging input and evaluating best packaging alternatives for NPD or improvements
-
Responsible for packaging related trials and reporting
-
Prepare technical specifications, documents and instructions for manufacturing and other documents for audit and deliverables
-
Conduct materials substitution and cost optimization projects
-
Handle different design jobs in product packaging, instruction manual layout, , advertisement, photo
要求 Requirements：
-
Degree/Diploma holder in Graphic Design/Art or related disciplines
-
Minimum 3 years solid experience in graphic, packaging design and printing production;
-
Strong in graphic sense, creative and conceptual skills
-
Good drawing skills will be an advantage;
-
Proficient in using Adobe tools – CS5/CC in pc (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects), knowledge in Flash and Lotus Notes is an advantage;
-
Self-motivated and being able to work under pressure and fast environment;
-
Able to meet tight deadlines and multitasking

Creative, efficient, hard-working and detail-oriented
工作時間：
每週工作5天
星期一至五: 上午9時至下午6時
