Implement and manage the overall recruitment strategy

Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions

Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions

Explore potential and evaluate the effectiveness of advertising, social media, job fair, recruitment day and recruitment channels, etc.

Organize HR events (job fairs, career days, in-house recruitment events)

Analyze recruitment metrics, like time-to-hire and source of hire

Organise People Development Programme

Set hiring goals including timeframes and deliverables

Handle ad hoc projects as required
Requirement:
-
Degree holder in HR / business related disciplines
-
With at least 5 years of relevant HR generalist experience gained in sizable organization, FMCG experience is preferred

Good interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills
-
Self-starter and with an ability to operate independently across a complex and matrix structure
-
Familiarity with social media recruiting
-
Well versed in Excel and English&Chinese Word Processing
-
Immediately available is highly preferred
